SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES

SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES

Military and first responder families have unique needs that may not be understood within the greater community.

The experiences of first responders and military members have an impact on everyone around them including those closest.

  • increased levels of anxiety and fear
  • sleepless nights
  • respond to the service members feelings-having to be “strong”
  • reluctant to communicate for fear of being a burden to their service member
  • lack of control when significant other is struggling

At VFR Healthcare, we understand that every family is a unit.

Just like our experience in the military and on the job, we take care of the people to the left and right of us. We make it our mission to support and treat families of veterans and first responders. They lived the trauma with us.
